Regional B2B trade still relied on manual trust checks, disconnected tools, and slow verification before a deal could move forward.

- Building a polymorphic deal-order pipeline for 4 distinct item types using GenericForeignKey
- Coordinating multi-party payment flows with HMAC-signed security and server-to-server callbacks

Designed a multi-app architecture that connected onboarding, negotiation, billing, and fulfillment into one workflow with automated verification and operator controls.
- Architected a factory pattern to unify shipping rate calculations across DHL, FedEx, and Aramex
