Overview

Engineered a production B2B2C marketplace platform for the Saudi Arabian market across buyer, seller, service provider, and operator CRM portals.

My work focused on system architecture, Nafath ID and Wathq commercial registry government integrations, multi-carrier logistics factory patterns, role-based access, and real-time operations.

The Challenge

Regional B2B trade still relied on manual trust checks, disconnected tools, and slow verification before a deal could move forward.

The Solution

Designed a multi-app architecture that connected onboarding, negotiation, billing, and fulfillment into one workflow with automated verification and operator controls.

The Outcome

Delivered a production platform that reduced manual verification effort, automated billing and logistics flows, and supported multi-language operations.
