Overview

Built a production marketplace platform for the Saudi market across buyer, seller, and admin portals, backed by a shared API and real-time layer.

My work focused on system architecture, government and payment integrations, multi-carrier shipping, role-based access, and the operational tooling needed to run the platform at scale.

The Challenge

Regional B2B trade still relied on manual trust checks, disconnected tools, and slow verification before a deal could move forward.

Designed a multi-app architecture that connected onboarding, negotiation, billing, and fulfillment into one workflow with automated verification and operator controls.
